    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Review project instructions, drawings, and blueprints to understand test specifications, procedures, objectives, and technical requirements.</li><li>Identify technical issues and contribute to potential solutions, including part redesign, material or component substitution, and modification of assemblies or subassemblies.</li><li>Prepare detailed sketches or drawings for drafting completion or to support fabrication requests through machine, sheet metal, or wood shops.</li><li>Design, fabricate, assemble, and modify mechanical components or assemblies for industrial equipment, machinery, power equipment, servo systems, machine tools, and measuring instruments.</li><li>Set up and conduct tests on components and complete units under operational conditions to evaluate performance, validate design changes, and support development, standardization, and quality control efforts.</li><li>Analyze test data and results in comparison to design specifications and test objectives, making necessary equipment adjustments to meet requirements.</li><li>Document test procedures, results, data (numerical and graphical), and provide recommendations for improvements to products, equipment, or testing methods.</li></ul><p><strong>Education/ Skills/ Experience:</strong></p><p>High school diploma and 0 - 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p><p><strong>Training Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Language Skills<ul><li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. &nbsp;Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. &nbsp;Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.</li></ul></li><li>Mathematical Skills<ul><li>Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. &nbsp;Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.</li></ul></li><li>Reasoning Skills<ul><li>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.</li></ul></li><li>Computer Skills<ul><li>To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Manufacturing software; Project Management software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.</li></ul></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Physical Skills and Abilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to be on the factory floor for long periods of time, potentially working across all shifts at times.</li><li>Stamina to work 50+ hours/week to support plant performance.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul>",
