    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\">CI Officer III, IV, V<br>Clearance: Must currently possess an active TS/SCI security clearance and be able to obtain a CI polygraph after hire (if not before)<br>Location: Springfield, VA<br>Salary Range: $95,000 - $155,000<br>Experience: Must have at least 7+ years of experience with intelligence analysis and production<br>Description: Sphinx CI Officers conduct defensive CI activities in support of the NGA mission.<br>&nbsp;</p><p>Responsibilities&nbsp;</p><p>- Conduct daily research to gather, assimilate, evaluate and interpret information concerning intelligence, terrorism and espionage threats against Customer personnel, programs, technology and information systems and/or facilities and the National System for GEOINT (NSG).&nbsp;</p><p>- Provide daily CI analyses for distribution to selected parties within Customer, the DoD, and the Intelligence Community.&nbsp;</p><p>- Assimilate, evaluate and interpret all-source information related to the Customer from an operational security perspective.&nbsp;</p><p>- Publish intelligence with recommendations for mitigation and countermeasures, as appropriate.&nbsp;</p><p>- Detect and assess anomalous activities for links to possible foreign intelligence collection within Customer with recommended countermeasures.&nbsp;</p><p>- Immediately alert the government to imminent foreign intelligence, terrorism and espionage threats with recommended countermeasures.&nbsp;</p><p>- Provide analytical forecasts of foreign intelligence, terrorism and espionage threats against the Customer as requested with recommended countermeasures.&nbsp;</p><p>- Provide CI assessments of proposed international agreements involving GEOINT sharing as requested.&nbsp;</p><p>- Provide annual CI threat analyses of foreign intelligence and terrorism threats to Customer employees assigned to Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Outside Contiguous United States (OCONUS) locations.&nbsp;</p><p>- Apply knowledge and understanding of most of the applicable analytical tools to conduct CI analysis of anomalous activities.&nbsp;</p><p>- Liaise with Department of Defense (DoD), the Intelligence Community, and appropriate law enforcement entities to remain abreast of current CI trends and issues.&nbsp;</p><p>- Conduct liaison with Customer components to facilitate information sharing to support Customer CI activities.&nbsp;</p><p>- Prepare briefs, as requested, related to any or all of the above subject matter for delivery to internal and external audiences at the strategic, operational and tactical levels.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;<br>Required Qualifications&nbsp;<br>- Must currently possess an active TS/SCI security clearance and be able to obtain a CI polygraph after hire (if not already held)</p><p>- Must be a self-motivated, disciplined, and mature professional capable of operating with little tasking and oversight</p><p>- Must be capable of operating within a diverse environment and comfortable operating with limited guidance and oversight, maturity and self-motivation required.&nbsp;</p><p>- Level III CI Officers shall have a minimum of 7 years of experience; Level IV CI Officers shall have a minimum of 11 years of experience; Level V CI Officers shall have a minimum of 15 years of experience. &nbsp;</p><p>- Foundational defensive CI experience (ex. conducting investigations, inquiries, collections, operations, analysis, briefings, debriefings, training and awareness).&nbsp;</p><p>- All CI Officers must be credentialed graduates of an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy (ex.
