Lead &amp; train the team in store to ensure consistent deliverables.</li><li>Contribute to Loss Prevention in all areas of the business, set expectations &amp; own training for the store team.</li><li>Ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization.</li><li>Ensure the selling floor reflects the brand and concept standards at all times, train staff and develop talent in visual merchandising</li><li>Understand current culture and areas for improvement, work with FWRD Pop-Up</li></ul><p><strong><u>Required Competencies:</u></strong></p><p>To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:</p><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years Retail Experience required.</li><li>Luxury retail management experience preferred.</li><li>Candidates must also be outgoing, energetic, professional and good representatives of our brand and be able to emanate the FWRD brand life-style</li><li>Customer centric - proven ability to foster and maintain personal relationships with clients&nbsp;to build brand loyalty to FWRD</li><li>Motivated and willing to go above and beyond to service the client</li><li>Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross functional team environment setting.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities</li><li>The drive to take on new challenges with the self-motivation for continuous personal and team development</li><li>The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes</li><li>Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment&nbsp;</li><li>A proactive and entrepreneurial sense of urgency and ability to prioritize important work</li></ul><p><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Proficient in Gmail, excel, word and online navigation</li><li>Retail experience&nbsp;</li><li>Understanding of garment bodies and fashion trends</li><li>Understanding of retail metrics and terms</li><li>Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary</li><li>Ability to bend, lift, open and move product up to 50 lbs.<p><br></p></li></ul><p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul><li>Previous retail experience</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision. &nbsp;At REVOLVE we all roll up our sleeves to pitch-in and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
