We are actively looking for an individual to assist the team as a Flight Paramedic OR Flight Nurse for our Air Link team.</p><p>&nbsp;As an RWHS Flight Nurse or Paramedic, you will:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Deliver care to critically ill or injured patients during transport, primarily by aircraft</li><li>Perform patient assessment and evaluation using accepted procedures and equipment to treat life threatening, emergent, urgent, and non-urgent medical and traumatic patient complaints</li><li>Perform interventions based on assessment findings, following patient care protocols, and Air Link protocols in cooperation with another medical crew member, the medical directors, and the monitoring physician&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;You may be a good fit if you have:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Graduated from an accredited school of nursing or paramedic program with NRP required&nbsp;<ul type=\"circle\"><li>If RN Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) and CFRN preferred</li><li>If Paramedic FP-C preferred&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li>Paramedics must be licensed in NE, WY, CO, KS and SD <em>(WY, CO, KS, SD can be obtained after hire).</em></li><li>BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>TPATC provider (or ATLS audit) preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Advanced certification (CFRN or CTRN) is required for nurses who have been employed for more than 2 years.&nbsp;</li><li>Flight Paramedic Certified (FP-C) is required for nurses who have been employed for more than 2 years.&nbsp;</li><li>Three years of demonstrated clinical experience as a critical care and/or emergency nurse OR three years of demonstrated clinical experience as a ground critical care paramedic.</li><li>Flight experience preferred</li><li>Pre-hospital transport suggested&nbsp;</li></ul><p>A conditional job offer is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug test and background checks.
