There’s opportunity around every corner and the support to help you achieve your goals.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the role:</span></p>\n<p>The Project Manager, based in Adelaide, will support the project management team in overseeing the deployment of PhotonAssay™ systems around the world. This role requires experience in logistics, installation and commissioning, time management and delivery of complex technology into an operating environment. </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will do:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Planning &amp; Process Improvement:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead projects from initiation to handover.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain project plans and timelines relating to the deployment of PhotonAssay™ systems.</li>\n<li>Arrange and lead meetings and take notes.</li>\n<li>Support process improvement initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Installation &amp; Commissioning</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsibility and accountability for managing the installation and commissioning process, including identification of installation sites, oversight of installation requirements, and local authorities licencing and accreditation requirements.</li>\n<li>Responsibility for product commissioning, including liaison with customers and their sub-contractors, schedule planning, and coordination of on-site and remote technical teams.</li>\n<li>Frequent travel to deployment sites, primarily within the APAC region with additional travel to other regions as project demand requires, to perform site surveys and support deployment activities.</li>\n<li>Support and manage installation and commissioning activities onsite and remotely across different time zones.</li>\n<li>Contribute to the design and implementation of systems/ processes to improve the way in which we manage deployment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Share knowledge and provide guidance to peers where appropriate.</li>\n<li>Contribute to a collaborative and high-performance team environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> General Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the ongoing development of a strong OH&amp;S culture.</li>\n<li>Ensure all projects comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who you are:</span></p>\n<p><em>Essential</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or equivalent experience.</li>\n<li>At least three years' experience in project coordination or management.</li>\n<li>Strong communication and organisational skills.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in office software like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</li>\n<li>Able and willing to travel both interstate and internationally, including to remote locations such as mine sites, subject to applicable travel restrictions.</li>\n<li>Attention to detail and highly organised </li>\n</ul>\n<p> <em>Desirable</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with the mining industry and mine-site operations or experience with civil engineering projects.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated hands-on experience in a diverse environment.</li>\n<li>Willingness to take on a wide variety of tasks, including those both ‘above’ and ‘below’ the designated role.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with additional office productivity software such as SharePoint and Project</li>\n<li>Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with additional project management software such as Planner and Monday.com.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who we are (Our values):</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Safety is a Non-Negotiable</span> - Safety isn’t just a value — it’s our way of life.
