The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and metalworking, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. </p>\n<p>Job Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist welders in the fabrication, repair, and maintenance of metal structures and equipment.<br></li>\n<li>Clean and maintain welding equipment and work area</li>\n<li>Read and interpret blueprints and schematics</li>\n<li>Operate hand and power tools</li>\n<li>Assist in the layout and assembly of metal components</li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned by lead welder<br>Ability to operate equipment, Auto Saw, Plasma Machines, Grinder, Hand tools.<br>Forklifts,</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Job Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in welding and metalworking</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics</li>\n<li>Ability to operate hand and power tools</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a team environment</li>\n<li>Ability to lift heavy objects</li>\n<li>Good communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Salary:</p>\n<p>The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience.</p>\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<p>We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, and a 401(k) plan.</p>\n<p><br></p>",
