    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The Senior Manager, Groups &amp; Events Program Enablement (Tech Focus) supports Groups &amp; Events Enablement planning, governance, and execution for Groups &amp; Events. This role ensures Groups &amp; Events initiatives are planned, executed, and tracked in alignment with Groups &amp; Events Enterprise strategy.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;Your day to day</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Lead enterprise‑level program and project management in support of Groups &amp; Events initiatives.</li><li>Leverage industry leading tools to deliver plans, approaches, and dashboards for delivery of technical products to hotels</li><li>Create and maintain a common operating picture for Groups &amp; Events initiatives to allow for a shared understanding of project statuses</li><li>Partner with vendor teams to facilitate required work for task completion for Groups &amp; Events Initiatives</li><li>Ensure critical tasks are tracked and completed for technology deployment at the hotel level</li><li>Ensure consistency of documentation, ways of working, and internal processes across Groups &amp; Events initiatives.</li><li>Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps and surface them proactively to leadership.</li><li>Partner with external teams to ensure smooth onboarding and training for hotels.</li><li>Partner with Product &amp; Technology, Change Management, and L&amp;D team members on tech-related hotel onboarding needs</li></ul><p><br>&nbsp;</p><p>What we need from you:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).&nbsp;</li><li>Advanced degree or PMP preferred but not required</li><li>5-7+ years of experience in technology implementation at enterprise scale</li><li>Experience with Delphi or other hotel sales products; or related Salesforce products</li><li>Accuracy of budget tracking and forecasting</li><li>Effectiveness of governance cadence and decision follow through</li><li>Stakeholder satisfaction with clarity, structure, and execution discipline</li><li>Project management of enterprise level initiatives</li><li>Experience preparing initiatives for launch readiness and adoption, particularly where hotel or operational teams are impacted.</li><li>Comfort operating in environments with ambiguity, evolving priorities, and competing demands.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the Atlanta office. <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> </span>This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.&nbsp;</p><p>The salary range for this role is&nbsp;$115,000.00 to $130,000.00.
