Your continuous improvement mindset will drive you to propose and implement improvements to our current working methods, contributing to the efficiency and resilience of our operating platform.<br><br><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>Job responsibilities</strong></span></div><ul><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Oversee the accurate and timely production of daily and monthly fund accounting activities, including net asset value (NAV) calculations for various clients.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Review all financial statements prior to production, ensuring timely and accurate sign-offs from all constituents involved in the valuation process.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Establish, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines that comply with internal and external controls, continuously strengthening the control environment.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Develop and implement efficient and standardized workflows within the team and across various hand-off points.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Lead, motivate, develop, and support staff, including training and managing the team to maintain high performance.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Identify and address training needs to ensure team skill sets and mobility.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Manage client relationships (including JPMorganChase partner locations) through effective service delivery and a proactive approach to client requirements.</span></li></ul><p><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</strong></span></p><ul><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Chartered Accountant, MBA, or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Over 7 years of experience in the mutual funds industry, with a minimum of 3 years in fund accounting.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Strong knowledge of fund accounting and GAAP accounting principles.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Awareness of industry developments and trends.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Understanding of securities industry, including dividends, principal &amp; interest, corporate actions, and trading activity.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Proficiency in account reconciliation processes.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Excellent analytical, prioritization, organizational, multitasking, and negotiation skills</span><br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</strong></span></p><ul><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Experience working across multiple business areas and/or functions to deliver results</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, fund administration, accounting, and/or custody, with five years of experience preferred, evidenced by successful handling of related tasks and responsibilities.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Management experience is desirable.</span></li></ul>",
