NJFC operates three production facilities: Northwest Packing in Vancouver, WA.; San Benito Foods, in Hollister, CA; and Toma-Tek in Firebaugh, CA. &nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">We are looking for a <strong>Maintenance Manager I</strong> to manage maintenance personnel, ensuring high productivity while managing departmental resources within budget limitations and supporting efficient production operations. This position is an integral part of the plant leadership team and to supervise based on the business and operational needs of the plant. Additionally, the role provides technical support to maintenance personnel and plant management and ensures proper deployment of maintenance staff according to skill set, experience, training, and education. Monitor expenditures for materials, parts, and labor.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Manage maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of all required maintenance and repairs, preparing the plant for production requirements.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate maintenance staff performance.</li></ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><strong>Requirements</strong>:<strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"text-align: justify; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Bachelor of Science in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the role.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Five (5) years of direct experience in maintenance supervision, including process analysis, troubleshooting, and the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and manage large maintenance teams, ensuring operational efficiency, adherence to safety standards, and achievement of production and reliability objectives.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Strong background in food manufacturing environments, with hands-on experience in preventive and predictive maintenance programs, equipment reliability, and root cause analysis methodologies.
