This position plays a critical role in achieving our strategic objectives. We show up for each other and we know that through teamwork we achieve greatness.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Champion change</strong> &ndash; We know adaptation and improvement are requirements to survive and to thrive.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Enjoy the journey</strong> &ndash; We create an environment where our team feels appreciated and has fun along the way.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>In this role you will get to:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assemble products using hand and power tools to position, align, and fasten parts and units into assemblies, subassemblies, or frame.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Install wire labels and device tags and work with different styles.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Review and understand job orders and interact with Epicor, by properly badging in and out of active job orders on the production floor.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Read, comprehend, and execute processes and procedures according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP&rsquo;s) which are necessary to safely and properly operate the equipment and tools required to assemble the product.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Check completed units to ensure they meet specifications, tolerances, and customer requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform other projects and duties as assigned.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Job Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to read instructions, safely operate machines and visually inspect components and sub-assemblies being produced.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Stand for long periods of time.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Accuracy and timeliness in completion of work assignments is a must.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to read, write and comprehend plant directives written in English.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Limited understanding of PLC, VFD and Circuit Breakers.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Understand and know the differences between NEMA ratings of enclosures.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledgeable of identifying wire gauges, colors and understanding ampacities.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or GED.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to effectively use a tape-measure, perform simple mathematics.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Basic understanding of schematics, mechanical assembly, and electrical assembly.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Frequent lifting, standing, bending &amp; reaching required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must adhere to all the PPE requirements to perform the job safely, this includes but is not limited to, Eye, Hand, and Feet.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work in a team environment while collaborating, troubleshooting and problem solving with coworkers.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p></div></div></div></div>\n",
