In this role, you will: Build and ship high-quality, user-facing features that drive core product value Collaborate with team to bring ideas from concept to production Contribute to technical discussions and help improve system design and architecture Continuously learn from user feedback and data to improve product performance and experience Your background and skill sets look like: Confident with full-stack development, especially with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MongoDB Have experience with AI models or are excited to learn how to work with LLMs and related tools Have shipped features independently and enjoy taking ownership from start to finish Thrive in fast-paced environments with a high degree of autonomy Value product thinking, speed, and clarity as much as technical execution Have strong engineering fundamentals, write efficient code, and have a clear understanding of what you are great at and what you are still improving Bonus points if you have: Used Magic Patterns or other tools like it Ex-founder or early engineering hire at a startup Enjoy posting on social media about your work Compensation and benefits: Rapid career growth at one of the fastest growing Series A companies Competitive salary and equity package 15 days off PTO Health, dental, and vision coverage Fun team offsites and events — we went to Mexico last year!
