School-Based Autism Support Program | San Diego, CA
Make a Meaningful Impact in a Highly Supported School-Based ABA Setting
Availability Needed: Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:00pm
This is a highly supported, team-based environment where you'll receive hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and immediate access to supervisors throughout the day.
What You'll Do
Provide 1:1 support to students throughout the school day
Implement behavior plans and individualized programming
Support students in achieving IEP and behavioral goals
Collect data using Central Reach and a company-issued iPad
Collaborate with teachers, supervisors, and clinical teams

High School Diploma or GED

Passion for working with children and young adults
Experience working with children is a plus, but not required. We value compassion, coachability, and a desire to make a difference.
