    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Join the CentraCare team as a Patient Care Extender in our fast-paced Urgent Care Center located at the CentraCare Plaza.&nbsp;</p><p>A PCE is responsible for assisting licensed medical staff in the quality treatment of patients and functions as a vital team member in providing patient/family centered care through tasks including wound irrigation, cleaning/dressing applications, crutch sizing, cleaning and stocking treatment rooms, documenting patient activity, and more.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Full-Time | 60 hours every 2 weeks</li><li>12-hour shifts 7am-7:30pm and 9am-9:30pm variable days Sunday-Saturday</li><li>Every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Pay and Benefits:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Pay starting at $19.15 per hour and up based on experience.<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Pay range $19.15-$28.71</li></ul></li><li>Full-time&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https://jobs.centracare.com/us/en/benefits\">benefits</a>: medical, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!</li><li>CentraCare employee discounts to be used at local restaurants, attractions, and theaters.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>High School Diploma or GED.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills&nbsp;</li><li>Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required; can be obtained internally upon hire</li></ul><p><br><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma;\">CentraCare has made a commitment to diversity in its workforce.
