If you’re organized, driven, and ready to take ownership, you’ll thrive here.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Plan, schedule, and optimize freight movement for <strong>maximum efficiency</strong></li>\n <li>Track performance metrics and improve service center operations</li>\n <li>Review reports and collaborate with your team to keep everything on track</li>\n <li>Coordinate freight appointments and ensure smooth delivery flow</li>\n <li>Assist with billing, rating, manifesting, and freight analysis</li>\n <li>Build strong communication with customers and internal teams</li>\n <li>Help train, develop, and evaluate team members</li>\n <li>Support hiring and onboarding alongside the Service Center Manager</li>\n <li>Maintain a safe, secure, and well-run facility</li>\n <li>Investigate incidents and help implement corrective actions</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations (DOT, OSHA, EPA, ICC)</li>\n <li>Lead team meetings and keep everyone aligned</li>\n <li>Take on special projects and keep operations moving forward</li>\n</ul>\n<p>*It is every employee’s duty to participate in the company’s goal of satisfying our customers economically.
