Team Members will have the opportunity to grow and develop their skillset through their advancement within our Guest Experience Team. This is an excellent opportunity to share your expertise, while learning more about a growing and exciting sports and entertainment organization that values your initiative, creativity, and dedication. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork, guest experience, and represent LakePoint&rsquo;s ethical principles.</p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities: Court Attendant, Gate Attendant, Parking Attendant, Field Maintenance, Janitorial Attendant</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain premium guest experience.</li><li>Responsibilities include performing day-to-day operations activities</li><li>Operate small to medium grounds crew equipment, rake, shovel, leaf blower, weed eater, pressure washing machine, etc.</li><li>Cleaning debris from grounds including but not limited to fields, courts, athlete/guest seating, parking lots, and pre-event areas. &nbsp;</li><li>Assisting with event set up and break down for events</li><li>Assisting with tenant and vendor coordination</li><li>Follow verbal and written instructions from superiors and ensure the timely and quality completion of those assigned tasks.</li><li>Ensure that company policies are enforced.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in company safety initiatives and develop robust action plans to address safety issues in the area of responsibility.</li><li>Professionally handle emergency situations and make sound judgment decisions.</li><li>Assist Guest Experience Supervisors and Managers in day-to-day operations</li></ul><p>Assisting other team members when needed</p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&bull; Must be able to work weekdays,&nbsp;<strong>weekends</strong>, and holidays as needed.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Must have a valid Georgia Driver&rsquo;s License.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Must be able to follow all policies and procedures.</p><p>&bull; Able to prioritize and manage time efficiently.</p><p>&bull; Must possess a positive attitude and reflection of our CHAMPIONS values</p><p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p><p>Work areas may be in outdoor or inside facilities, meaning weather elements may affect surroundings. Most work takes place in an outdoor setting in a variety of weather conditions while standing, walking, bending, and lifting for long periods of time.
