    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>Summary of Position Mission</u></strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Responsible for providing high level customer service on firearms sold by the Company. <strong>Firearm knowledge and repair experience</strong></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Troubleshoots and repairs firearms for internal and external customers</li><li>Checks headspace on firearms and adjust as necessary</li><li>Repairs stocks, aligns sights and test fires</li><li>Assembles firearms of a difficult nature</li><li>Fabricates simple tooling, tools and fixtures</li><li>Assists in production prototyping</li><li>Documents problems on customer returns as required</li><li>Inspects first piece samples from vendors and document findings</li><li>Progressively improves upon and maintains acceptable inspection numbers in accordance with Company standards.</li><li>Always stays on task with assigned duties.</li><li>Adheres to all employment policies/safety policies/practices required by law/established by Company.</li><li>Wear all necessary Personal Protective Equipment directed by the Company at all times.</li><li>Maintains and keeps workstation and department area clean.</li><li>Complete all required paperwork timely and accurately.</li><li>Wear all necessary Personal Protective Equipment as always directed by Company.</li><li>Immediately report any maintenance and/or safety issues to supervisor</li><li>Maintain respect, courtesy, a positive attitude and professionalism towards all co-workers and the Company.</li><li><strong><em>Other duties will be assigned, as required.</em></strong></li></ul><p>&nbsp;<u><strong>Qualifications &amp;</strong></u><strong><u>Knowledge&nbsp;</u></strong><u><strong>Required</strong></u></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. &nbsp;These requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. &nbsp;Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p><ul><li>Firearm knowledge and repair experience</li><li>Interact effectively with a variety of people.</li><li>General mechanical ability is required.</li><li>Possess sound problem-solving skills to help facilitate solutions to problems identified during the inspection process.</li><li>Ability to use Excel, Word and Outlook&nbsp;</li><li>This position requires attention to detail as well as the ability to follow directions/organize and prioritize accordingly.</li></ul><p><em><strong>&nbsp;</strong></em><strong><u>Working Conditions</u>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Work is normally performed throughout a heated manufacturing and warehouse facility. Exposure to conditions of extreme heat/cold, poor ventilation, fumes and gases is very limited. Noise level is moderate and includes sounds of light manufacturing, shipping and receiving, and normal office equipment (computers, telephones, etc.).
