This role combines technical expertise, systems administration, and business analysis to ensure NetSuite effectively supports business operations, automation, scalability, and decision-making.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, NetSuite CRM, SuiteScript customization, integrations, and platform administration, while also being able to translate business requirements into efficient system solutions. font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Own day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of the NetSuite ERP / CRM environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage users, roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, forms, and system governance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Design, develop, and maintain customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and related NetSuite tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into scalable NetSuite solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Act as a Business Analyst, identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, CRM pipelines, and other core business processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain system integrations with internal and third-party platforms.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure data integrity, security controls, audit readiness, and platform reliability.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead release management, sandbox testing, change control, and production deployments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Create functional and technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Use AI tools to improve reporting, accelerate issue diagnosis, enhance documentation, automate testing, or optimize business workflows.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide end-user training and serve as the main escalation point for NetSuite-related issues.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">English B2+</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Advanced knowledge of NetSuite</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator, NetSuite Specialist, NetSuite Professional, NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer, or NetSuite Consultant.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong hands-on knowledge of NetSuite ERP and CRM modules.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Solid experience with SuiteScript (1.0 / 2.x), SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, and SuiteAnalytics.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in system administration, user management, security roles, and governance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong business process understanding across Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work as both, technical expert and business-facing analyst.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with integration via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or iPaaS tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">NetSuite certifications (NetSuite Certified Specialist/Professional, NetSuite Administrator, NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer, SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, or similar, etc.).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
