    "description": "<h2>Company Name</h2>Aksarben Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>HVAC Operations Manager – Residential Service & Installation</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Location: Omaha, NE – Aksarben</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Aksarben Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, a trusted leader in home services across the Omaha area, is seeking an experienced HVAC Operations Manager to oversee our Residential HVAC division. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do As An HVAC Operations Manager:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manages and develops the service, insallation, or sales staff, which includes hiring, terminating, and disciplining of employees, scheduling employees, setting work priorities, conducting staff meetings, counseling employees, evaluating performance and directing work assignments to ensure effective production.</li>\n <li>Supports fellow HVAC Service, Install. and Sales Managers when called upon. </li>\n <li>Evaluates workload and schedules in a way that best utilizes manpower and maximizes profits, which includes managing labor expenses to stay within budget guidelines.</li>\n <li>Resolves customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Achieves monthly budgeted revenue.</li>\n <li>Ensures that materials and equipment are ordered and dispensed for scheduled jobs. Schedules repairs for parts to ensure minimal down-time in job completion. Manages material expense to stay within budget.</li>\n <li>Conducts research and participates in the marketing process of the department.</li>\n <li>Generates reports and measures of departmental operations as well as records on all inventory, tools, and vehicles. Reviews reports with management.</li>\n <li>Instructs crews on proper use of materials and quality workmanship.</li>\n <li>Reviews payroll records to ensure that technicians are paid properly and that record keeping is in compliance.</li>\n <li>May conduct job site inspections.</li>\n <li>Ensures that employees have proper tools for the job and that they are properly maintained.</li>\n <li>Assists the dispatching operation to ensure appropriate technician selection for type of service.</li>\n <li>Monitors preventive maintenance of vehicles to ensure proper operation.</li>\n <li>Evaluates staff to determine training requirements. Provides on-the-job training and support to employees.</li>\n <li>Oversees facility and equipment maintenance, ensuring that assets are protected and controlled.</li>\n <li>Observes all safety and Company rules and regulations in the performance of duties.</li>\n <li>Follow the guidelines for the Senior Care, Ethics, and Quality Assurance Process.</li>\n <li>Conduct weekly meetings.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Bring As An HVAC Operations Manager:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of In-Home or HVAC operations management experience, preferably in residential </li>\n <li>Experienced in a HVAC Management position highly preferred.</li>\n <li>Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.</li>\n <li>A working knowledge of gas piping, electricity, plumbing and air flow are required.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of local and national HVAC code is preferred but not required.</li>\n <li>A valid driver’s license is required.</li>\n <li>Must possess a working knowledge of local codes and general industry standards.</li>\n <li>Strong supervisory, communications, computer and mathematical skills are required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>*</em></strong><em>This posting provides details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities.
