Discover all the possibilities of a career at Northside today.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Has the primary responsibility for directing and coordinating the various benefits programs at Northside Hospital.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>REQUIRED:</p>\n<p>1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.</p>\n<p>2. 5-7 years of health and welfare benefits development/coordination/compliance experience, three of which must have been in a supervisory or management capacity.</p>\n<p>3. Expert level knowledge of benefits regulations and government reporting requirements.</p>\n<p>4. Experience in vendor management and benefits administration.</p>\n<p>5. Exceptional management, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.</p>\n<p>6. Strong analytical, problem solving an decision making skills.</p>\n<p>7. Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state regulatory standards.</p>\n<p>8. Knowledge of various computer software applications.</p>\n<p>PREFERRED:</p>\n<p>1. Master's degree in Business Administration</p>\n<p>2. SPHR certification</p>\n<p>3. CEBS certification</p>\n<p>4. Previous healthcare experience Manager, Benefits Administration </p>\n<h2>Work Hours:</h2>8am-5pm",
