The <strong>PSR II Floater&nbsp;</strong>will rotate on occasion or as necessary, to other DRCHC sites (Atkins, J.S. Clark, Linwood, Woodlawn, Oak Park, Walnut Hill, Keithville, Turner, Broadmoor, Rusheon, and Bossier High).&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong><u>Work Experience Requirements:</u></strong>&nbsp;</span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Greet patients, verify demographic information, and secure insurance authorization for services.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Schedule appointments and follow-up visits, ensuring accurate patient calendars and maximizing clinic efficiency.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Collect deductibles, co-payments, and deposits and advise patients on billing or insurance guidelines.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and distribute them to clinical staff.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Address patient&#39;s inquiries, communicate waiting times and resolve issues to ensure high patient satisfaction.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Assist all patients&#39; referrals, transportation, insurance verification, etc.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Ensures all confidential personal health information and financial information is entered into a computerized system with a rate of accuracy.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 10pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Employment would be a <strong>full-time (40) hours per week/ non-exempt position during the SBHC calendar school year as established and approved by the governing school board.</strong></span></li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 10pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">SBHC employees are only paid for hours worked during the time SBHC are open.<strong>&nbsp;SBHC employees are not paid during the summer when SBHC/schools are closed.</strong></span></li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 10pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Work schedules are generally Monday thru Friday, based on clinical operations and <strong>during the approved SBHC calendar year (August - May)</strong>.
