We believe in championing every voice and ensuring everyone’s full potential.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Treliant is looking for Analysts to focus on testing mortgage complaints and UDAAP related issues with key banking clients. </em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>While the scope of each project may be different, your duties & responsibilities may include: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform testing activities by listening to mortgage customer service call center telephone communications and comparing documented system of record notes to the call</li>\n <li>Identify whether calls constitute a complaints accordance with specified definitions</li>\n <li>Identify whether there may be UDAAP/UDAP concerns</li>\n <li>Update testing systems to report identified observations, errors and failures</li>\n <li>Explain and support findings</li>\n <li>Contribute to the regular status reporting </li>\n <li>Maintain flexibility with respect to assigned tasks due to changing deadlines, deliverables, and priorities</li>\n <li>Relate effectively with clients at all levels, both internally and externally, and adapt to different styles and expectations in order to deliver high-quality work</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of relevant or applicable work experience</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university</li>\n <li>Mortgage customer service experience to include identification and documentation of complaints and UDAAP regulations</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Black Knight’s MSP, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (advanced Excel skills are a plus)</li>\n <li>Strong project and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and to contribute to deliverables with varying scope and complexity</li>\n <li>Ability to analyze complex problems using data from multiple sources </li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good judgment in what and how to communicate internally and externally</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate with confidence and demonstrate social awareness </li>\n <li>Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p><em>Primary Location:</em> Remote</p>\n<p><em>Primary Location Salary Range:</em> $25/hr - $75/hr</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Treliant offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefit package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
