At Bone Dry Roofing, this role combines technical expertise in roofing with relationship-driven customer service. As a Commercial Roofing sales representative , you will meet with clients, perform inspections, and provide tailored commercial roofing solutions while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. Key Responsibilities Conduct on-site inspections and evaluations of commercial roofing systems Develop and present customized roofing solutions to clients Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent customer service Generate new business opportunities and manage a sales pipeline Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful roofing project execution Travel locally to job sites using a company-provided vehicle Maintain accurate documentation and follow up with clients throughout the sales process Qualifications 2+ years of commercial roofing experience 1–2 years of sales experience Knowledge of low-slope roofing systems Ability to climb ladders and work at heights Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen Strong communication skills and dedication to customer service Work Environment This position primarily involves working in the field at work sites Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment. Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs. Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs Driving Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
