What You Will Do Lead Business Growth Identify and target new business opportunities across high-potential industries in Thailand, including energy, manufacturing, healthcare, mobility, logistics, and digital sectors. Prepare compelling sales materials including proposals, capability decks, and strategic recommendations. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate CRM updates and forecasts. What We’re Looking For A true hunter with a proven track record of generating new business and meeting aggressive sales targets. 5–10 years of B2B, consulting sales, enterprise solutions, or strategy-driven commercial experience in Thailand. Native Japanese speaker (JLPT N1 required). Strong experience working with Japanese corporates or Japanese multinational companies. Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders confidently.
