As a people driven technology company, with a mission to make sure every worker returns home safely, we drive innovation, practice resiliency, demonstrate leadership, go the extra mile for our customers, and empower our people to be their best.\n\nThe NetSuite Analyst is a critical role responsible for the day to day operations, maintenance, and support of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system within the organization. This role involves troubleshooting issues, providing end user support, coordinating system upgrades, and ensuring the seamless functioning of the ERP environment to meet business requirements.\n\n Key Responsibilities \n\n Work closely with multiple business units, mainly Finance, Sales, Manufacturing and Purchasing, to understand their business needs and problem solve operational issues\n Primary point of contact for of NetSuite support\n Interface with business units to gain a deep understanding of software requirements, look for integration and streamlining opportunities leveraging NetSuite\n Use the required ERP configuration and analyzed business requirements to successfully optimize NetSuite support\n Providing technical support and training ERP end users\n Developing user friendly functionalities and interfaces\n Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize performance\n Coordinate with related teams and departments to ensure optimal operation of NetSuite\n Gather business unit requirements and translate to technology Solutions, designed to create efficiency, avoid risk, and improve security\n Preparing development progress updates and documenting ERP processes\n Key participant in release updates, new features, and new NetSuite features\n Provide and / or arrange training as required\n Develop effective relationships with NetSuite vendors and provide oversight to ensure successful day to day operations\n Monitor and participate in the creation of automated jobs and data transformations\n Analyze and support business requirements in NetSuite\n Participate in change management in respect of applications and processes\n Participate in quarterly compliance information gathering for applications\n\n About You   \n\n A Bachelor’s Degree or post secondary technical diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems is an asset, however equivalent experience will be considered\n Certification in Oracle NetSuite is nice to have, but equivalent experience will be considered\n Minimum 5 years of experience with ERP systems or similar role\n Experience with line of business applications and understanding the manufacturing business processes is preferred\n A basic understanding of ERP system navigation and database schema\n Ability to gather business requirements and translate to technology solutions\n Ability to translate “IT Speak” to business outcomes, understood by business decision makers\n Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions\n\n Total Rewards  \n\nAt Blackline Safety, we offer more than just a job—we offer a career with purpose.
