Description
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Meta Ads Specialist with a proven track record in managing automotive ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will strategize, implement, and optimize campaigns on Meta platforms to drive lead generation, vehicle promotions, and customer engagement. You will collaborate with dealership teams to craft tailored campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Design and execute high-impact Meta Ads campaigns specifically tailored for the automotive industry, including dealership promotions, vehicle inventory, and seasonal offers.
Develop audience segmentation strategies to reach in-market car buyers effectively.
Ad Creation & Content Development:
Create engaging and visually compelling ad creatives optimized for Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad formats such as carousels, videos, and lead generation forms.
Conduct A/B testing for ad copies, images, and targeting strategies to enhance performance.
Audience Targeting & Optimization:
Leverage Meta’s advanced targeting features to create lookalike audiences, retarget website visitors, and optimize campaigns for conversions.
Continuously refine targeting based on performance data and dealership objectives.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track and analyze campaign metrics (CTR, CPM, CPL, ROAS, etc.) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Generate detailed reports for dealerships, summarizing campaign performance and actionable insights.
Collaboration & Client Engagement:
Partner with dealership teams to understand inventory, promotions, and sales goals.
Align campaigns with dealership branding and broader marketing strategies.
Budget Management:
Plan and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and lead generation.
Optimize spend across campaigns while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
Proven success in managing automotive ad campaigns is required.
Skills:
Advanced expertise in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
In-depth knowledge of automotive industry trends, buyer behaviors, and dealership operations.
Hands-on experience with retargeting, geotargeting, and custom audience creation.
Certifications:
Meta Blueprint Certification is required.
Automotive-specific marketing certifications are a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and client management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with third-party automotive marketing platforms (e.g., Dealer.com, Cars.com, Autotrader).
Familiarity with automotive CRM/DMS platforms.
