In this role, you will be responsible for building robust microservices and real-time event-processing systems that handle complex business logic and high-volume data streams. The ideal candidate thrives in a cloud-native environment and has a deep understanding of distributed systems and event-driven patterns.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Microservices Development:</strong> Design and implement scalable, high-performance microservices using <strong>Java</strong> and the <strong>Spring Boot</strong> ecosystem.</li>\n <li><strong>Event-Driven Architecture:</strong> Architect and maintain event-driven systems utilizing <strong>Apache Kafka</strong> for seamless asynchronous communication and real-time event processing.</li>\n <li><strong>API Design:</strong> Develop and document secure, versioned <strong>RESTful APIs</strong> to support internal services and external integrations.</li>\n <li><strong>Business Logic Implementation:</strong> Translate complex functional requirements into efficient <strong>business rules</strong> and logic within the application layer.</li>\n <li><strong>Cloud Infrastructure:</strong> Deploy and manage containerized applications on <strong>AWS EKS</strong> (Elastic Kubernetes Service), ensuring optimal resource utilization and high availability.</li>\n <li><strong>System Integration:</strong> Integrate backend components with various <strong>AWS</strong> services to enhance scalability, storage, and monitoring capabilities.</li>\n <li><strong>Quality &amp; Performance:</strong> Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while performing regular performance tuning and troubleshooting of distributed systems.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Technical Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Core Languages:</strong> Proficiency in <strong>Java</strong> (JDK 11+).</li>\n <li><strong>Frameworks:</strong> Extensive experience with <strong>Spring Boot</strong> (Spring Cloud, Spring Security, Spring Data).</li>\n <li><strong>Messaging &amp; Streaming:</strong> Hands-on experience with <strong>Apache Kafka</strong>, including producers, consumers, and Kafka Streams.</li>\n <li><strong>Cloud &amp; Orchestration:</strong> Proven experience with <strong>AWS</strong> services, specifically <strong>AWS EKS</strong>, EC2, S3, and IAM.</li>\n <li><strong>Architecture:</strong> Strong understanding of <strong>Microservices architecture</strong> and <strong>Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)</strong>.</li>\n <li><strong>Web Services:</strong> Expert knowledge of <strong>REST API</strong> design principles and JSON/XML.</li>\n <li><strong>Database &amp; Logic:</strong> Experience managing <strong>event processing</strong> workflows and implementing complex business rules engines.</li>\n <li><strong>DevOps Tools:</strong> Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB).</li>\n <li>Understanding of distributed tracing and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, or AWS CloudWatch).</li>\n <li>Knowledge of reactive programming or functional programming patterns in Java.</li>\n <li>Background in designing systems for financial services or high-frequency data environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">\n <div style=\"margin-right:0px\">\n  <div>\n   <div style=\"margin-right:0px\">\n    <div>\n     <p><strong>Compensation, Benefits and Duration</strong></p>\n     <p>Minimum Compensation: USD 35,000<br>\n      Maximum Compensation: USD 123,000<br>\n      Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
