We are looking for a proactive safety professional who takes pride in leadership, documentation excellence, and maintaining a strong safety culture in fast-paced field environments.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Implement and support all project safety programs in accordance with OSHA and company standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Consult daily with the Superintendent regarding active work operations and safety coordination</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Advise and assist field supervision in enforcing safety policies and procedures</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Facilitate the safety portion of onboarding orientation for employees and subcontractors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) prior to the start of work to ensure compliance and proper planning</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist in reviewing and validating daily Pre-Task Plans for quality and completeness</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Communicate and coordinate with General Contractor safety teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain copies of personnel certifications, licenses, and qualification records</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain all field safety documentation including:</span><br><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Pre-Task Safety Analyses (PTSAs)</span><br><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Training records</span><br><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Toolbox Talks</span><br><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Safety inspections</span><br><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Chemical SDS documentation</span><br><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Safety permits</span><br><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Incident reports</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Recognize hazards and exercise authority to stop work when unsafe conditions exist</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Current Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Construction Card (renewed every two years through approved EHS provider)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Occupational Health, or related field OR </span><br><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Minimum five (5) years of full-time construction safety management experience</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Hold at least one of the following certifications:</span><br><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• ASP or GSP</span><br><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• CHST</span><br><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• CSP</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong communication and leadership skills</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Able to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Able to pass background check and drug screening</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
