This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.<br> <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span><br> <br><em>Project Planning &amp; Execution:</em><br>Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.<br>Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.<br>Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.<br> <br><em>Budget &amp; Cost Management:</em><br>Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.<br>Track project expenses and manage financial reporting to maintain budgetary control.<br> <br><em>Team Leadership:</em><br>Lead, develop and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, fostering collaboration towards achievement of project goals.<br>Conduct regular team meetings to update progress and address any issues.<br> <br><em>Risk Management:</em><br>Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.<br>Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and environmental regulations.<br> <br><em>Client &amp; Stakeholder Management:</em><br>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction.<br>Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.<br> <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and Experience:</span><br>- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably in cleanroom or similarly regulated projects<br>- Experience in managing industrial / commercial fit out projects within contracting environment is essential<br>- Bachelor or Diploma degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)<br>- Professional certifications in project management (e.g., NVQ7, PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.<br>- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management software<br>- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills<br> <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Other Requirements:</span><br>Fluency in English<br>Must be eligible to work in Northern Ireland without work permit process.<br> <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer:</span><br>There are many benefits to working with Ardmac.
