With more than 1 Million on-site visitors, 224 million television viewers worldwide, close to 40 million online visits and more than 3 billion social media engagements in 2025, why not come and enjoy the thrill and excitement of working with our team?</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are seeking <strong>Seasonal </strong><strong>Suite Administration - Premium Seating Coordinators</strong><strong> </strong>who play an essential role in the US Open guest experience.  In this role, you will be responsible for placing and situating all suite furniture and appliances within all US Open Premium Seating.</p>\n<h2>  </h2>\n<p><strong>The Role </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide administrative support to the Sr. Manager of Premium Seating </li>\n <li>Coordinating Furniture and Décor Deliveries, represent the Premium Seating Department at meetings with Vendors at the National Tennis Center </li>\n <li>Responsible for creating and maintaining files, monitoring FF&E orders, typing, faxing, filing, and other duties as assigned by the Sr. Manager of Premium Seating</li>\n <li>Assist in Providing all trades and vendors with information necessary to complete tasks at hand</li>\n <li>Receive/enter work order tickets timely and accurately</li>\n <li>Communicating with Suite Holders throughout the US Open Planning Process</li>\n <li>Responsible for periodic walk-thru of the Suites to ensure its cleanliness and Maintenance </li>\n <li>Communicate any breakdowns in real time with the Sr. Manager of Premium Seating</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>  </h2>\n<p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous guest or customer service related experience </li>\n <li>Punctual and presentable shift attendance, neatly groomed in a clean, well-maintained uniform</li>\n <li>Available to work for the full duration of the US Open tournament</li>\n <li>Must be able to work 12+ hour shifts and be available days, nights and weekends</li>\n <li>Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions and able to stand for extended periods</li>\n <li>Personable and proactive team player with excellent communication skills </li>\n <li>Remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment as well as during stressful situations</li>\n <li>Must be able to multitask and to lift 60lbs+</li>\n <li>Bilingual (a plus, but not necessary)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>  </h2>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong> This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate of <strong>$19.00</strong>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Uniforms:</strong> Employees will be provided with uniforms to ensure a professional and cohesive team appearance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Daily Meal Allowance:</strong> A meal allowance will be loaded onto your credentials each workday during the US Open, allowing you to enjoy meals on-site during your shift.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Exciting Work Environment:</strong> Be part of a dynamic team at a world-class venue, contributing to an unforgettable experience for players, staff, and fans.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2><strong>Come One, Come All</strong></h2>\n<p>We strongly encourage you to apply if you’re interested; all unique backgrounds and experiences welcome!</p>\n<p><em>USTA is dedicated to providing equal employment opportunities for all individuals, regardless of age, disability, national origin, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or expression, pregnancy, veteran status, marital status, family status, alienage or citizenship status, creed, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.</em></p>",
