Are you ready to join a company where the work you do makes a difference, and where you can grow in your career?  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Here’s what Transcat has to offer—</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work that matters</li>\n <li>A values-based culture where people care about each other and the work they do together</li>\n <li>Flexibility</li>\n <li>Training and development to accelerate learning and career advancement</li>\n <li>Competitive compensation and benefits, including paid time off, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, retirement, stock purchase plan, and MORE!</li>\n <li>Pay range is $24.00 - $26.00 / hour</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Description</strong></p>\n<p>Assists in billing and maintaining customer accounts.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists as an intermediary between departments resolve billing and purchase order issues with customers. </li>\n <li>Creates and maintains customer accounts.</li>\n <li>Maintains compliance with sales tax laws and regulations.</li>\n <li>May assist in reviews, investigations and corrections of errors and inconsistencies in invoicing.</li>\n <li>Works with labs to ensure accuracy and completeness of billings.</li>\n <li>Manages customer portal billings, special billing requests, consolidated billings, and web orders.</li>\n <li>Other duties and projects as directed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associates degree or equivalent from accredited two-year college preferred and 1-2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>\n <li>Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality</li>\n <li>Highly organized with attention to detail</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p>\n<p>These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
