font-weight: bold\">Reports To: </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Executive Pastor (David Waldroup) </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Purpose of Position: </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Montgomery County Campus Pastor will oversee the spiritual development, growth and care for the Campus and local community by leading and developing the staff and other high-capacity volunteers.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Experience and Education Required:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Minimum of 5 years of full-time ministry experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Formal Bible education, training and/or certification.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in constructing and organizing approved financial budgets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in public speaking, preaching or teaching.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to develop and grow staff/volunteers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to handle multiple projects/ministries effectively.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to learn/use G-Suite Apps such as docs, sheets and slides.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to learn/use Planning Center church database software, BambooHR platform and BaseCamp 3 Project Management Software.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Other Duties and Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Oversee and approve of MC Campus staff PTO (vacation, sick days, etc).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Oversee planning, communication and execution of all Campus-wide events.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Create and consistently seek to improve Campus-specific systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Preach at Gatherings when scheduled (also being prepared to preach in the event of a livestream crash)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead Campus-Wide Grow Nights Bible Studies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Oversee the growth and development of Campus interns throughout each semester of the Internship Experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Campus Budget development and management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Participate in various strategic planning or ad-hoc meetings.</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Other duties as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Personal Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain a vital and growing personal walk with the Lord through committed personal Bible study, prayer and fasting. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain proper priorities in your relationship with Christ, your spouse/family.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must stand in alignment with GO Church and Church of God “Doctrinal Commitments”.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must be in alignment and loyal to the GO Church Vision, Mission, Core Values and Value Proposition.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strict adherence to the GO Church Leadership Honor Code.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Always protect the unity and integrity of the church.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Invest and invite unchurched people to know Jesus and come to Church. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Financially support the mission and vision of the Church by faithfully giving at least 10% of your gross income.
