normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Will operate various construction Cranes to move equipment and other materials.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Plan operational lifts.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Will inspect equipment.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p knowledge of operating various small and large hydraulic cranes which may include but are not limited to: Manitowoc 2250, 16000, 4100, Link belt 218, Kobelco 2500, and rough terrain (RT) cranes ranging from 15T to 140T.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Must have basic mechanical knowledge and illustrate the abilities to inspect equipment.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Must be able to illustrate load planning and lift planning.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Must hold a current NCCCO LBC and NCCCO TLL certification.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Must have up to date Crane Operator physical.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Must know all proper hand signals.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Must be willing to assist in other duties while not operating a crane.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Must be able to follow instructions correctly.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Must be reliable, accountable, and consistent in performing administrative processes such as but not limited to equipment inspection paperwork.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:
