    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div>\n <strong>Position Summary:&nbsp;</strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n Penske Logistics is passionate about people, and currently has an opening for a Customer Service Associate.&nbsp; Apply your solid communication and problem solving skills to respond to requests, problems, and special needs, which can extend to our global customer base.&nbsp; As a key player supporting our supply chain network, this position monitors part inventory levels and delivery schedules to assure timely delivery of materials and products to our customer locations and manages time sensitive information to ensure data accuracy in the customer's and/or Penske's inventory systems.\n</div>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n <strong>&nbsp;This is a new operation located in Obetz, OH.&nbsp;</strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n <strong>Schedule:&nbsp;</strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n • Monday - Friday 2nd Shift - 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM\n</div>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n <strong>Compensation:</strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n • 2nd Shift - $21.00 per hour plus $1.00 Shift Differential, totaling $22.00 per hour&nbsp;&nbsp; \n <br>\n  &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n <strong>Major Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n • Audit of picker activity/accuracy, warehouse reports, maintain of files, customer service interaction, resolution of pallet staging/tracking. Maintenance and distribution of order sheets, daily interface with pickers, assist with picker coverage of vacation and overflow freight\n</div>\n<div>\n • Various office and administrative duties, which may include handling shipping documents, office supplies, maintaining database and miscellaneous reporting\n</div>\n<div>\n • Assist operations with passing out orders to be picked and document time out/in, picker's name and piece count for daily activity log.&nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n • Liaison for internal customer support\n</div>\n<div>\n • Data entry and record processing in variety of WMS and MRP systems.\n</div>\n<div>\n • Provides direction when discrepancies are found\n</div>\n<div>\n • Weigh or count items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards (as applicable)\n</div>\n<div>\n • Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments\n</div>\n<div>\n • Communicate with associates from other shifts\n</div>\n<div>\n • Complete daily logs\n</div>\n<div>\n • Work with customer to resolve stock shortages\n</div>\n<div>\n • Identify cost savings opportunities for the customer\n</div>\n<div>\n • Track shipments to ensure shipment deadlines are met.\n</div>\n<div>\n • Work with suppliers to correct part/shipment issues\n</div>\n<div>\n • Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor\n</div>",
