Wally’s is looking for dependable team members to join our Grounds & Maintenance Crew . This role focuses primarily on keeping the outside of our property clean, safe, and looking great for guests . If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, operating equipment, and seeing the results of your work every day , this could be a great fit. Our maintenance team helps make sure Wally’s always delivers the clean, welcoming experience travelers expect. This includes things like: • Keeping parking lots, sidewalks, and fuel areas clean and safe • Emptying trash and keeping outdoor areas organized • Maintaining the fuel pump and canopy areas • Helping with snow and ice removal in winter • Operating equipment such as power washers, floor scrubbers, and utility vehicles • Supporting the team with deliveries, stocking, or projects when needed • Helping keep maintenance tools and supply areas organized The Type of Person Who Does Well in This Role You might be a great fit if you: • Like working outdoors and staying physically active • Take pride in keeping things clean and organized • Are dependable and show up ready to work • Can work independently but also help the team when needed • Are comfortable using tools or equipment (we’ll train you) Previous maintenance, janitorial, or grounds experience is helpful but not required. What the Job Is Like • You’ll be on your feet and moving throughout the property • Some work happens outside in different weather conditions • You may lift up to 50 pounds occasionally • Most shifts involve walking, lifting, and general facility upkeep Why People Like Working at Wally’s Wally’s is known for creating the Home of the Great American Road Trip .
