    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"> <strong>Forklift Operator - Lead<br><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"></strong><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><strong><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"></strong>2nd shift<br><br><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\">Summary:</p><p>This position is responsible for leading the forklift operations team with concentration on safety, inventory management, warehouse organization, product quality, and operational effectiveness of the facility.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Function as a member of the leadership team supporting all plant activities. &nbsp;</li><li>Lead the forklift team through completion of all assigned duties, holding team accountable for satisfactory completion of tasks and responsibilities.</li><li>Interview, evaluate, and train future candidates and current employees.</li><li>Oversees and executes safe transport of pallets of product to the infeed area, including loading of rollers per standard procedures.</li><li>Oversees and executes pickup and staging of clean product from the outfeed area according to standard procedures.</li><li>Oversees and executes loading and unloading of trailers according to IFCO and facility processes and procedures.</li><li>Responsible for product organization both inside and outside of the physical facility, following IFCO guidelines for the safe storage of both dirty and clean product.</li><li>Enforce safety policies and processes for all operators.</li><li>Ensure equipment certification and recertification training is completed as required for all operators.</li><li>Ensure all required expectations are being met or exceeded regarding quality, inventory management, product storage, machine operation, productivity, and safety.</li><li>Follow best practices/Facility GMP&#39;s concerning shift/machine operation ensuring effective and productive performance in keeping with the highest standards expected by IFCO Systems for their customers.</li><li>Support and assist in future duties/projects as assigned by management.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</p><ul><li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li><li>Required to possess OSHA-required forklift certification and to demonstrate safe operation of powered equipment as a prerequisite for the position.</li><li>Required to maintain current driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li>At least 3 years of experience operating a sit-down propane forklift.</li><li>At least 2 years of team leadership experience.</li><li>Ability to work within a fast pace, high volume facility, operating and overseeing the proper use of powered equipment with the utmost of safety at all times.</li><li>Willing to work any shift as assigned.</li><li>Willing to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.</li><li>Must have physical ability to lift/maneuver up to 50 lbs. of product and heavier loads with the assistance of powered equipment as required throughout the shift.</li><li>Ability to follow safety guidelines and policies as designated by IFCO, AIB, OSHA, and other governmental agencies.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>IFCO offers a competitive benefits package with new hire medical/dental/vision benefits starting on the 61st day after hire, 401(k) match with immediate vesting, team environment with leadership growth opportunities.</p><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
