The Project Manager will oversee the execution and management of construction projects, ensuring that budgets are managed, safety standards are met, and all project activities are efficiently executed.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possess 5–7 years of experience managing construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and invoicing within the commercial sector.</li>\n<li>Post-secondary education in Project Management, Construction Management or a related field is preferred. Additional certifications such as PMP or BCIN is an asset.</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of construction financials and cost management.</li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices.</li>\n<li>Experience in construction management with proficiency in Procore and MS Project, and ability to lead diverse teams.</li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and teams.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and compliance requirements.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Management:</span> Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects to meet scope, schedule, and client specifications. Coordinate resources and ensure timely delivery.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Budget Control:</span> Monitor and manage project budgets with accurate cost reporting and accountability.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team Leadership:</span> Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
