Knowledge of deli / bakery operations, including merchandising, ordering and customer service is essential.  </p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>manage frontline staff;</li>\n <li>oversee deli / bakery operations;</li>\n <li>ensure department HACCP and safety programs for regulatory compliance;</li>\n <li>foversee rontline training programs, and/or</li>\n <li>daily operation standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
