Indiana Tech Athletics competes in the NAIA (National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics) level in the Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference.\\r\\n\\r\\n&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\nEssential Duties &amp; Responsibilities\\r\\n\\r\\nGame Day Operations:\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tAssist with the full execution of all home athletic events, including setup, in-game management, and post-event breakdown.\\r\\n\\tServe as the gameday manager for assigned contests - ensuring smooth operations, safety, and professional presentation of Indiana Tech Athletics.\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\t\\tResponsible for planning events, setting up, tearing down, communicating with visiting teams and officials, and aiding in game-day promotions.\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\tCoordinate and train event staff, student workers, and volunteers to deliver a consistent and high-quality game day experience.\\r\\n\\tCollaborate with facilities and sports information staff on logistics, scheduling, and event readiness.\\r\\n\\tSupport visiting teams, officials, and fans to ensure an organized and welcoming environment.\\r\\n\\tIdentify and implement operational improvements that enhance efficiency and overall fan experience.\\r\\n\\tOther duties as assigned\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\nGame Day Experience &amp; Fan Engagement:\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tContribute to the planning and execution of in-game promotions, theme nights, promotions and special events to drive attendance and create memorable experiences.\\r\\n\\tCollaborate with various groups on fan engagement strategies, student involvement initiatives, and community outreach efforts.\\r\\n\\tAssist with music, PA, and timing coordination to maintain professional and exciting game presentation standards.\\r\\n\\tCollect feedback and help assess event experience quality to continuously improve game day operations.\\r\\n\\tAssist with marketing and branding of athletic department.\\r\\n\\tAssist with marketing and sales of Indiana Tech Apparel Store\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\nCorporate Partnerships &amp; Campus Relations:\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tAssist with the activation and fulfillment of corporate partnerships during home events.\\r\\n\\tSupport efforts to grow community and corporate involvement in game day experiences.\\r\\n\\tWork with athletics staff to highlight sponsors and partners through signage, announcements, and special recognitions.\\r\\n\\tFoster positive relationships across campus departments and student organizations to strengthen event collaboration and attendance.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\nQualifications\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tBachelor&rsquo;s degree required; acceptance into an Indiana Tech graduate program required prior to start.\\r\\n\\tIndependent decision-making and ability to exercise good judgment.\\r\\n\\tExceptional written and oral communication skills\\r\\n\\tOrganizational skills, time management, relationship building, and problem-solving skills are essential.\\r\\n\\tAbility to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.\\r\\n\\tHas a desire to pursue a career in Athletics. \\r\\n\\tProficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn event management systems or software.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\nExperience\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tPrior experience in athletics, event management, sport operations, or marketing preferred.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\nWorking Conditions\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tWillingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules required.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\nA resume is required in the application process.\\r\\n\",\"employmentType\":\"OTHER\",\"hiringOrganization\":{\"@type\":\"Organization\",\"name\":\"Indiana Tech\",\"logo\":\"https://www.paycomonline.net/v4/ats/web.php/application/style/logo?clientkey=9B7DD7DDF4B46DE388E0D590C86BBE1D\"},\"jobLocation\":{\"@type\":\"Place\",\"address\":{\"streetAddress\":\"1600 E Washington Blvd\",\"addressLocality\":\"Fort Wayne\",\"addressRegion\":\"IN\",\"postalCode\":46803,\"addressCountry\":\"USA\"}},\"industry\":\"Athletics\",\"validThrough\":\"-0001-11-30\",\"educationRequirements\":\"Bachelor's\"}",
