Anova is seeking a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Field Installer </span>to join our team to assist in the installation process of telemetry devices on various tanks. The <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Field Installer </span>will be a key player in the on-site customer relationship and quality assurance of installations performed for those customers. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">The position is full-time with approximately 75-100% travel with travel each week. </span></span>Based on the scope of installation project and customer support travel could include overnight and weekend stay for lengthier projects. Travel expenses would be covered by the company.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Target Total Compensation</span></p>\n<p>Compensation for this role is split between base hourly rate, plus a per install incentive. projected yearly total compensation is estimated to be between $75,000-90,000. Position also includes comprehensive benefits package, including, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k match, PTO and more.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Duties and Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Travel to customer locations to install monitors</li>\n<li>Safely perform device installations on residential and commercial tanks (contents can consist of propane, fuels, lubricants, DEF, cooking oil, etc.)</li>\n<li>Utilize basic tools: screwdriver, tape measure, pipe wrench, drill, ladder amongst other tools plus a smartphone to utilize Anova’s suite of mobile applications as part of the installation process</li>\n<li>Escalate any customer concerns to the Installation Coordinator or Installation Program Manager</li>\n<li>Participate in meetings with customers, sales and installations as a representative of the installation department</li>\n<li>Review and report on daily/weekly progress</li>\n<li>Primary job duties would involve travel on a Monday through Friday basis <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">75-100% of the time including some weekends</span>. Typical work would be regional, with travel by vehicle, and some exceptions with air travel may be required for larger install projects</li>\n<li>Draft/create/edit additional or existing training documentation as related to the field installation program</li>\n<li>Travel to customer locations to troubleshoot installation issues<br></li>\n<li>OSHA 10 course and OSHA fall training will be provided</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Need to Succeed:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Requirements - </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required</li>\n<li>1 year of experience working in hands on/technical function or successful completion of a career technical high-school program</li>\n<li>Safe, confident, articulate, and effective communicator with a hands-on, rollup the sleeves attitude to juggle multiple projects and workstreams</li>\n<li>Valid standard driver license with a clean driving record</li>\n<li>Able to operate a mobile phone to activate and set up cellular monitors for fuel and lubricant tanks</li>\n<li>Proficient with simple hand tools (screwdrivers, tape measure, etc.)</li>\n<li>Able to manage time effectively and efficiently, to travel through an assigned route with many stops</li>\n<li>Personable with the public, as the role will include end-customer interaction</li>\n<li>Proficient with computer applications, including Microsoft Office – Excel Basics are a must, Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, IF, CONCATENATE, etc.) are a plus!</li>\n<li>A Front Lines Liaison: You rise to the role of representing the Anova brand, you believe in our mission, and you enjoy connecting customers to the right products for their individual needs</li>\n<li>A Confident Communicator: Never afraid to pick up the phone and meet designated targets</li>\n<li>A Reliable Teammate: Whether you work in the field or remotely from home, you adapt well to different environments, schedules, and the varying needs of our customers</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements -</span></span><span><span><span> </span></span></span><span><span> </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span> Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.  </span></span></li>\n<li><span><span> Manual dexterity to evaluate, install, and modify equipment.  </span></span></li>\n<li><span><span> Must be able to crouch, stoop, and kneel periodically.  </span></span></li>\n<li><span><span> Must be able to lift and carry up to 40lbs.  </span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><span> </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Authorization -</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">For this role Anova will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
