This is a hybrid position with office in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Las Vegas, Nevada</span>, and is a Full Time position. For more information, visit our website at: <a href=\"http://bsetak.com/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">http://bsetak.com/</a>.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB SUMMARY:</span></p>\n<p>LSE will be responsible for collecting prioritized user requests of features and bug fixes, ensuring agile development processes are followed, and facilitating efficient delivery of high-quality software through the removal of impediments to the development process.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p>\n<p>Responsibilities <br>of this position include, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>but are not limited to</em></span>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create, Maintain and drive the vision and future capabilities of the product in collaboration with the customer</li>\n<li>Define requirements and tasks necessary to meet user requests</li>\n<li>Design, code, and implement software modifications to enhance data collection, processing, analysis, and storage capabilities</li>\n<li>Improve reliability and maintainability of software</li>\n<li>Isolate and correct software faults, problem code, and inefficient software code that negatively affects the functional capabilities and efficient operation of the system</li>\n<li>Perform studies and make recommendations to replace hardware/software tools and equipment that are no longer sustainable or meeting mission requirements</li>\n<li>Identify, select, acquire, or install replacement hardware/software tools and equipment as directed by the government to ensure continued operations</li>\n<li>Support operations, range equipment, and system operational test and evaluation activities by the Government or government contractors using system resources</li>\n<li>Negotiate priorities of features and bug fixes with users and stakeholders</li>\n<li>Ensuring development team is self-organizing and can work on tasks without always requiring an explicit assignment of work</li>\n<li>Coach team in efficient development of reliable and maintainable software</li>\n<li>Ensuring team is continuously improving software engineering knowledge and skills</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with TDX-GS Quality Control and Safety Programs</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned by the Program manager</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>BS in Computer Science (or related field) from a fully accredited program with 6-8 years of software engineering experience; or, 10+ years of software engineering experience.</li>\n<li>Agile development processes and leading agile development teams</li>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li>\n<li>Organization and Management experience</li>\n<li>Experience in C, C++, and web (HTML, CSS, TypeScript) development</li>\n<li>Behavior Driven Development or Test Driven Development</li>\n<li>Automated testing and using any automated testing framework</li>\n<li>Any source control implementation</li>\n<li>Desktop application development for Windows</li>\n<li>Ability to implement software based on requirements, ICDs, and standards</li>\n<li>Fundamental design principles</li>\n<li>Implementing software design patterns</li>\n<li>Object-Oriented Programming and Design (such as SOLID Principles)</li>\n<li>Functional Programming</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>US Citizen // Secret Clearance or ability to obtain is required</li>\n<li>Applicants must have a valid state driver’s license</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">COMPETENCIES and Desired Skills:</span></p>\n<p>To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 years of documented leadership experience</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to speak, read, and write English</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Gaming Engine development experience such as Unreal Engine or Unity</li>\n<li>Aspect Oriented Programming (AOP) and any AOP frameworks</li>\n<li>Experience with logging or any logging framework</li>\n<li>Recent development of multi-threaded applications</li>\n<li>3D graphics programming in WebGL, OpenGL, or engines that these underlying APIs</li>\n<li>Implementing asynchronous communications in networked applications</li>\n<li>Experience with any message queue framework</li>\n<li>Automated testing frameworks for user interfaces</li>\n<li>Experience using mocking or any mocking framework</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of one or more applications: ITAS, ICADS, PCDS</li>\n<li>2D/3D mapping, terrain rendering, or GIS related skills</li>\n<li>Interfacing with SQL or NoSQL databases</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
