Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
As a Field Service Technician, you’ll bring your expertise directly to the customer:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair power generation and electrical systems
Service engines, generators, switchgear, and related equipment
Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
Perform maintenance, testing, and system adjustments
Install, repair, and support critical power systems at customer sites
Complete service documentation and inspection reports
Manage your service calls and work independently in the field
Respond to occasional after-hours or emergency service needs
Qualifications
What You Bring
3+ years of experience with power generation, electrical systems, or engine systems
Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems
Experience troubleshooting generators, engines, or power equipment
Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical schematics
Proven ability to work independently in the field
Strong customer service mindset
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
Your own tools
(CAT experience, CDL, or technical degree are a plus)
