Must possess a willingness to pitch in and work in areas other than strictly maintenance repair, i.e. janitorial, custodial, etc.</p><p></p><p><strong><u>Competitive pay: </u></strong></p><p>$25.00 - $35.00/hour DOE</p><p>100% apartment discount available. </p><p></p><p>Excellent benefit package, medical, dental with employer paid portion, 401K with employer match, ROTH, vision and voluntary benefits. EOE</p><p></p><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><p>All candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in property management maintenance of at least 200 units, completion of technical courses a plus. All candidates are required to have HVAC/CFC certifications. Pre-employment background and drug testing required.</p><p></p><p>Candidates are expected to respond to emergency calls, including on evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.</p><p></p><p></p><h5></h5><p></p><p></p><p></p>",
