    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p>Sentinel is looking for a Business Process Analyst our client. This person would be responsible for evaluating, designing and optimizing processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness and alignment with business objectives. This role works cross-functionally with stakeholders to document current workflows, identify gaps, and implement process improvements supported by data analysis and technology solutions. <strong>This is a 3 month contract with the potential to convert to full time working fully onsite at our client location in Tucson, AZ. </strong></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or Information Systems</li>\n <li>Experience in the analysis of database hardware, and software to identify inefficiencies and risks. </li>\n <li>Technical knowledge of current programming languages (i.e. RESTful APIs and web services</li>\n <li>Knowledge of network and PC operating systems</li>\n <li>Experience with Excel and Power BI</li>\n <li>Experience with Smartsheets, (project management software) or similar programs, and importing data in report software</li>\n <li>Experience with developing standard operating procedures (SOPs)</li>\n <li>Must have a current Homeland Security Background Clearance OR be able to obtain a Homeland Security Background Clearance within ninety (90) days of hire.</li>\n <li>Must have a current Level 1 Arizona Clearance Card OR be able to obtain the Level 1 Arizona Clearance Card within ninety (90) days of hire</li>\n <li>May be required to obtain an AZ State Driver, Operator Certification, and other various certifications depending on assignment.</li>\n <li>The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment</li>\n <li>A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required</li>\n <li><strong>Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship</strong></li>\n <li>Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude</li>\n <li>We focus on candidates that display our “ACE” factor – Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm to deliver quality solutions with exceptional customer service. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We focus on candidates that display our “ACE” factor – Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm to deliver quality solutions with exceptional customer service.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>What you get:</strong></p>\n<p>We offer weekly competitive pay, medical, dental, vision, 401K and more.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>MOTIVATED…..make IT happen!</strong></p>\n<p>      </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Sentinel Technologies, Inc. has been rated a top workplace every year since 2012!</em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About Us:       </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Sentinel</strong> delivers solutions that can efficiently address a range of IT needs – from security, to communications, to systems & networks, to software applications, to cloud and managed services; all of which include our staffing solutions for our clients.
