Lead and oversee restorative services, wellness programming, and fitness initiatives across the continuum of care Develop, implement, and evaluate restorative, fitness, and wellness programs designed to meet the needs and abilities of residents Collaborate with physicians, therapy providers, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes Provide education, coaching, and support related to wellness, restorative care, and healthy aging practices Supervise and support wellness and lifestyle staff, ensuring quality programming and regulatory compliance Monitor participation, outcomes, quality indicators, and department performance to drive continuous improvement Assist with department budgeting, staffing, and strategic planning initiatives Maintain a safe, engaging, and person-centered environment that promotes resident independence and well-being What You'll Need:
Current LPN license or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential required Two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience required Experience working with older adults, seniors, or individuals with disabilities preferred Experience developing and leading wellness, restorative, fitness, recreation, or activity programs preferred Activity Director Certification is a plus Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English Knowledge of wellness practices, aging services, regulatory requirements, and person-centered care principles Benefits Available to You:
