This is an entry level position crucial to the day to day operations of the facility. Candidates must be able to work nights as well as shifts ranging from 8-12 hours.<br><br><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong><br>Not Limited To:<ul><li>Dump and load railcars and trucks</li><li>Work on or near water during barge operations</li><li>Assist with grain handling</li><li>General housekeeping duties</li><li>General maintenance, as needed</li></ul><strong>Job Requirements</strong><ul><li>Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures, as well as a commitment to uphold the ADM Code of Conduct</li><li>High school education or equivalent preferred</li><li>Must be 18 years of age or older Valid Driver’s License</li><li>Exhibit regular and prompt attendance</li><li>Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), move up to 50 pounds, as well as the ability to wear a respirator</li><li>Willing to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed</li><li>Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed</li><li>Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitude</li><li>Ability to operate power industrial equipment</li><li>Barge loading (for Barge/Terminal locations) Deck Handing (for Barge/Terminal locations)</li></ul><br>ADM requires the successful completion of&nbsp;a&nbsp;background check.&nbsp;<br><br>REF:103340BR<table></table>",
