Overview
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team and ensure the satisfaction and long-term success of our corporate clients. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships, we’d love to meet you!

We serve a customer base of 500 enterprises across 20 countries in the US, EU, and MENA regions.
What we expect:
Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients.
Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the customer experience.
Leverage company expertise to provide strategic recommendations and deliver personalized experiences.
Work closely with business units to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
Monitor key performance metrics and drive customer retention and loyalty.
Analyze business needs and design the best solutions within Sestek products.
Support AI Agent design, contributing to chat & voice agent development and AI-driven customer interactions.
Design and optimize customer journeys for AI Agents.
Who we are looking for:
Minimum 6 years of experience in customer success, user experience, or a related field.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize tasks effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English and Turkish (additional languages are a plus).
Experience with AI, voice/chatbot solutions is a plus.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
