No housing provided.&nbsp;</p><p>POSITION SUMMARY: Exciting opportunity for an experienced property/building<em>&nbsp;</em>maintenance technician for a community association located in the Twin Cities</p><p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Two years of maintenance experience, preferably in a condominium or apartment building environment&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with planning and follow-through of seasonal duties</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects/tasks</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to utilize hand tools and small power tools to complete repairs/tasks</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintenance skills associated with the upkeep of building interiors and exteriors (examples: replacing light bulbs, painting, watering lawns, picking up and emptying trash, repairing/tightening railings, small appliance repairs, filling water softeners, etc.)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist Association Management staff as necessary&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Mindful of surroundings and instinct to respond to needs without instruction&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to perform under pressure and be flexible with disruptions throughout the workday</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to understand and utilize software systems to receive, track, update and close assigned work orders</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">CPO license preferred (not required)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Boiler license preferred (not required)&nbsp;</li></ul><p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Consistent walking and standing are required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Consistent monitoring of email, texts, and phone calls during work hours</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to lift up to 50 pounds&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to move and stand on a ladder</li></ul><p><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">We work hard and have fun too!
