          "text": "<p>REF: #001</p><p>ADGA&#xa0;is seeking a <strong>Senior Business Analyst</strong> to support the development and implementation of <strong>a new Counter-Uncrewed&#xa0;Aerial Systems (C-UAS) capability</strong>.&#xa0;This is a high-impact role supporting a new capability for the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF). You will help shape operational and technical requirements,&#xa0;support the analysis of the business cases and business processes for C-UAS capability development&#xa0;in accordance with&#xa0;DND practices.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><p>Tasks will include but not limited to:</p><ul><li>Lead and support the identification and documentation of business needs, business rules, governance and capability coordination through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and document analysis;&#xa0;</li><li>Collaborate with project team to ensure operational requirements, use cases, user-needs,&#xa0;constraints,&#xa0;and capability benefits are documented;&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Lead and support the preparation of business case and sustainment business case documentation, requirements documents, and use-cases;&#xa0;</li><li>Provide recommendations to management on business solutions and process improvements; and&#xa0;</li><li>Participate in meetings and briefings as&#xa0;required.&#xa0;</li></ul>",
