It is crucial to have the skills necessary to work as a valued team member for F&amp;B to provide the type of service our customers have come to expect. To perform this position sufficiently, the employee must be able to perform the following duties satisfactorily. The below descriptions represent, but do not limit, the duties expected of this position.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</span></em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aid in installation of storm drain, water, &amp; utility lines.</li>\n<li>Load &amp; unload tools.</li>\n<li>Hook pipe to machine using pipe choker</li>\n<li>Assist in setting concrete boxes &amp; manholes. Hooking chains to boxes and guiding structures to line &amp; grade.</li>\n<li>Mortar opening around pipe in structures.</li>\n<li>Mortar &amp; brick frame &amp; grates to grade on structures.</li>\n<li>Set frames &amp; grates on structures</li>\n<li>Remove debris from structures &amp; pour concrete inverts.</li>\n<li>Maintain safe work practices &amp; properly wear PPE</li>\n<li>Use cut off saws &amp; measuring tools to cut pipe length.</li>\n<li>Operate walk behind &amp; remote compaction tools</li>\n<li>Pot hole utilities by means of shovels &amp; post hole diggers.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Education, Experience &amp; Qualifications:</span></em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">2+ years of experience with installation of either waterline, storm sewer and/or sanitary sewer. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Knowledge of elevations, reading and interpreting utility plans.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Understanding trench safety.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Experience setting up and using pipe lasers, sight transits and/or roto lasers as well as other required tools needed for the specific work being performed.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Knowledge of testing procedures for all types of utilities.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Working in deep excavations at times as well as occasional harsh weather conditions. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Ability to look and plan ahead to maintain constant production of crew. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Must be able to understand English.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Travel:</span></em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Travel may be required for this position as the employee must be willing to travel to surrounding job sites.
