As a Parts Warehouse team member, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our parts department operates smoothly and efficiently every day. Your work will directly contribute to keeping trucks moving and our customers satisfied.</p><p><strong>Shift Available:</strong></p><ul><li>Day Shift, Monday-Friday</li></ul><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Receive and Verify Parts:</strong> Handle all inbound parts, including new parts, cores, returns, and more. Ensure accuracy in part numbers, quantities, and condition, and notify management of any discrepancies.</li><li><strong>Stock and Organize:</strong> Accurately stock items in their correct locations to maintain an organized warehouse.</li><li><strong>Process Orders:</strong> Receive requests, pull orders for will-call or customer delivery, and process front and back counter tickets with attention to detail and timeliness.</li><li><strong>Package and Ship:</strong> Securely package products, create accurate documentation, and arrange shipments via UPS, FedEx, or our interbranch service.</li><li><strong>Handle Large Shipments:</strong> Safely secure products for transport using palletizing, shrink wrapping, and banding equipment, and accurately create Bills of Lading (BOL) for LTL shipments.</li><li><strong>Manage Returns:</strong> Process vendor returns for damaged, inaccurate, or excess parts, and handle warranty parts for vendor inspection following our policies.</li><li><strong>Use Equipment Safely:</strong> Operate equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies responsibly, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.</li></ul><p>Join a team that takes pride in delivering excellence every day.
